When purchasing an Agreement and existing contents on a seasonal lot at Lilac Resort, the purchaser is buying the right to the Seasonal Agreement and the contents only, not the lot. All seasonal sites are leased with an annual renewal. The prospective new Seasonal Resident must be approved by Management, review, understand and agree to the Seasonal Terms & Conditions by signing Lilac Resort’s Seasonal Agreement.
