When purchasing a Seasonal Agreement to a Site and the Seller’s RV and Personal Contents on a Site, the Purchaser is buying the right to the Seasonal Agreement and the RV and Personal Contents only, not the Site. All Seasonal Sites are licensed with an annual Seasonal Agreement. The Purchaser must review, understand, and agree to the Resort’s Seasonal Terms & Conditions and, upon approval by Management, sign the Resort’s Seasonal Agreement and Waiver of Claims Agreement as a condition of occupancy.
